How We Ship
WE SHIP ORDERS ON MONDAYS.
If you order after 12 PM on Monday, your order will be sent out the following Monday. We do this to ensure your package is delivered in a timely manner without risk of sitting over the weekend.
We ship our beef frozen to maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Customers should expect meat to be cold to the touch. NOT entirely frozen, especially for deliveries in the 2-3 day range.
We recommend promptly refrigerating or freezing the meat upon arrival to maintain its quality.
