At Brick Church Meats & More, we’re not just a processor, we’re part of the heartbeat of Tennessee cattle country. As proud members of both the Marshall County and Giles County chapters of the Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association (TCA), we’re deeply invested in the health and future of our state’s beef industry.

Together with our partner, LoKey Ranch, we’re helping bring high-quality, locally raised beef full circle from pasture to plate right here in southern Middle Tennessee.

The Strength of Local: LoKey Ranch & Brick Church

Our close partnership with LoKey Ranch, owned by Billy Bloomhall, is a big part of what makes Brick Church special. LoKey Ranch is home to over 500 “mama” cows, spread across 1,500 rolling acres in Marshall and Giles Counties. These cows are born, raised, and grazed with care in the same communities we serve.

And here’s the beauty of it. All beef produced under the LoKey Ranch name is processed just down the road within a dozen miles—at our state-of-the-art facility at Brick Church Meats & More. That means you’re getting truly local, Tennessee-raised beef that hasn’t traveled far or lost its story along the way.

Why the Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association Matters

Since 1985, the Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association has been a guiding force for cattle producers across the state. TCA connects farms like ours to the support, education, and advocacy we need—from rural roads to Capitol Hill.

TCA:

  • Advocates for local producers at the state and federal level

  • Supports 4-H programs and youth livestock events

  • Helps fund and promote university-based agricultural research

  • Keeps members informed through the Tennessee Cattle Business magazine and ongoing industry resources

When you’re part of TCA, you’re part of a mission to keep Tennessee beef strong, sustainable and family-focused.

Community Roots, Industry Standards

At Brick Church Meats & More, we process meat with the same attention to quality and integrity as the folks who raise it. Being TCA members means we’re not only involved in our local agricultural communities, we’re helping shape the future of them.

We’re proud to serve fellow farmers, families, and food lovers across Giles, Marshall, Lawrence, Lincoln and beyond. Whether you’re a seasoned cattle producer or someone looking for a trusted local source for beef, we’re here to serve.

See It For Yourself

Our facility is located just two miles off I-65 (Exit 22) in northeast Giles County right in the heart of where LoKey Ranch cattle are raised and finished. If you’re a TCA member or local producer, we invite you to visit, ask questions and see how we do things with honesty, transparency and local pride.
