Conveniently located just two miles from Exit 22 on I-65, our state-of-the-art 12,000-square-foot facility offers both custom and USDA-inspected meat processing services to customers across Southern Middle Tennessee and North Alabama.

Billy Bloomhall

Owner of LoKey Ranch

LoKey Ranch was founded in 2020 in Cornersville, Tennessee, by Billy Bloomhall- a cattleman whose love for horses and cattle began in Iowa. What started as a dream has grown into a 1,500-acre working ranch built on grit, honesty, and a true passion for ranch life.

At LoKey Ranch, cattle are raised with integrity through sustainable practices that respect both the herd and the land. But the ranch is more than just cattle- Billy’s love of horses has brought rodeos, roping clinics, and horsemanship programs to the property, keeping western traditions alive and building a community around them. Billy’s loyal border collie, Blu, rarely leaves his side-always ready to round up cattle, stir up a little trouble, and keep the ranch running from sunup to sundown. Together, they are living the ranching life to the fullest, every single day.

Ranching is more than work- it’s tradition. Billy’s three children and four grandchildren continue the ranching lifestyle at the LoKey Homestead in Iowa, carrying on the family’s love of cattle and horses. Together, they ensure that the values behind LoKey Ranch live on for generations.

Brooklynn Young

Co-owner & General Manager

Brooklynn Young is the heart behind Brick Church Meats & More, a full-service meat processing facility and storefront located right in the community she’s always called home. Born and raised in Giles County, Brooklynn, along with her husband, Brad, has a deep-rooted passion for local agriculture and the people who make this land so special.

Together with their business partner, Billy Bloomhall, Brooklynn and Brad launched Brick Church Meats & More with one clear goal: to offer high-quality, responsibly processed, farm-to-table beef and pork to families in Giles County and beyond. It’s not just about meat – it’s about making sure the hard work of local farmers is honored and that customers have access to honest, flavorful and fresh products they can feel good about serving their families.

Brooklynn brings both leadership and warmth to the day-to-day operations, working closely with farmers, customers and her own family to ensure every cut meets the highest standards. Their daughter, Paisley, is also part of the team – making it a true family affair. When they’re not at the shop, the Young family can be found riding the backroads on the ranger, checking cattle late into the evening or enjoying time with friends and neighbors. For Brooklynn, Brad and Paisley, this isn’t just a business – it’s a lifestyle grounded in hard work, community and a love for the land. As lifelong residents of Giles County, Brooklynn and Brad are proud to give back to the place that raised them – one honest cut at a time.

Jason "Rilo" Durham

Facilities Foreman

Jason is from Pulaski, Tennessee, and has been part of the team since 2023. His favorite part of the job is the people he works with, enjoying the strong sense of teamwork each day brings. In his free time, Jason enjoys working on his C10 and spending time outdoors hunting.

Nick Lowe - Head Butcher

Head Butcher

Nick Lowe is from Cornersville, Tennessee, and has been a part of the team since 2022. With a passion for the craft, Nick enjoys cutting meat and takes pride in teaching others the proper techniques for slaughtering and butchering animals. No two days are ever the same at Brick Church — whether it’s working with a goat or a bison, he appreciates the variety and the hands-on experience the job offers. What stands out most to Nick is getting to work under great employers like Brooklynn and Brad, who value the team and the work they do together. Outside of work, Nick spends his time raising and caring for his chickens.

 

 

Steven O'Neill

Harvest Team Lead

Steven, from Columbia, Tennessee, joined the team in April 2025. His favorite part of the job is the privilege of providing customers with clean, top-quality meat products that reflect the hard work and dedication of local farmers. He takes pride in supporting the community by helping deliver high-quality, locally sourced meat. In his spare time, Steven enjoys birdwatching, woodworking, and mechanical work.

Paisley Young

Packer & Labeler

Paisley Young is a valued member of the team from Pulaski, Tennessee. Since joining in 2023, she has appreciated the strong sense of community and collaboration among her colleagues. Outside of work, Paisley enjoys painting and caring for her chickens.

Lisa Journey

Quality Inspector

Lisa Journey is from Pulaski, Tennessee. She joined the team in November 2023. She enjoys the level of adventure the job brings and appreciates the variety and energy each day offers. Her enthusiasm and positive spirit make her a valued part of the team.

Ryan Byrd

Meat Processor

Ryan Byrd is from Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. He started working at Brick Church Meats & More in 2024. He enjoys the hands-on skill of cutting meat and takes pride in his craft. When Ryan isn’t at work, he can be found relaxing by playing video games.

Robert Miller, originally from Washington state, joined the team in 2024. He enjoys the variety of tasks his job brings and takes pride in staying active and engaged at work. Outside of the workplace, Robert has a passion for working with dogs and finds joy in spending time with them.

Harold Myles

Meat Processor

Harold Myles is from Pulaski, Tennessee, and joined the team in February 2025. He loves both the work he does and the people he works alongside, valuing the strong sense of community within the workplace. Outside of work, Harold is dedicated to his community, he finds fulfillment in checking on elderly, sick and handicapped neighbors, always offering a helping hand where it’s needed most.

William O’Malley

Harvest Floor Associate

William O’Malley is from Giles County and began working here in May 2025. He enjoys the people he works with and values the positive, team-oriented environment. In his spare time, William loves working with animals, combining his passion for care and hands-on activity outside of work.

Caleb “KB” Durham

Meat Processor

Caleb “KB” Durham is from Pulaski, Tennessee. He joined the team in the summer of 2024. He enjoys the hands-on experience and is especially interested in learning about different cuts of meat and the craft behind them. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, watching movies, and relaxing with music.

Rafaela Mendez Jaimes lives in Cornersville, Tennessee, and joined the team in March 2025. Rafaela truly enjoys every part of her job, from the daily tasks to being part of a supportive team. Outside of work, Rafaela finds peace and joy in tending to her garden. She enjoys keeping it clean and beautiful, and it’s one of her favorite ways to relax and unwind.

Lindsey Pegan

Meat Processor

Lindsey Pegan is originally from Michigan but now lives in Pulaski, Tennessee. She has been part of the team since February 2024. She enjoys the positive work environment and the support of her coworkers. Outside of work, Lindsey spends her time hunting and fishing.

Chuck Bogart is originally from Michigan, but now resides in Tennessee. Chuck says what he enjoys most about his job are the great owners\and the friendly atmosphere. He enjoys the company of everyone he works with. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys fast cars and green C10s. He also loves taking road trips to visit his family in Michigan. 

Anastasio "Nacho" DeLaPaz

Anastasio “Nacho” DeLaPaz, from Mexico and now living in Lewisburg, Tennessee, joined the team in 2023. He enjoys everything his job entails, especially the people he works with each day. Outside of work, Nacho values spending quality time with his family; whether it’s going on walks, reading with his kids or caring for their animals. His dedication at work and at home shines through in everything he does.

Tiffany McDaniel

Retail Store Manager

Tiffany is from Lewisburg, Tennessee, and became part of the team in June 2024. She enjoys working in the gift shop, where she brings a warm and welcoming spirit to every guest interaction. In her free time, Tiffany loves reading, fishing, photography, and spending time with her family.

Yami DeLaPez

Gift Shop Associate

Yami DeLaPez, from Lewisburg, Tennessee, joined the team in November 2024. She values the positive work environment and the opportunity to work alongside great people. Yami enjoys cleaning and coloring in her free time.

Athena Issacson

Athena joined the team in February 2025 and now calls Cornersville, Tennessee, home. Originally from Wisconsin, she enjoys the daily opportunity to connect with customers. Outside of work, Athena is passionate about cheerleading, writing and playing the piano.

Sarah Wamble is from Pulaski, Tennessee, and became part of the team in May 2024. She enjoys being up front, checking out customers, and jumping in to help with whatever needs to be done around the store. Her favorite part of the job is staying busy and being part of a team that works together. Outside of work, Sarah has been learning to golf.

Chloe Kent is from Cornersville, Tennessee, and joined the team in May 2025. She enjoys using her creativity for design and digital work, making her job feel more like a hobby. She also loves connecting with people to get Brick Church Meats & More involved in local events. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys painting, reading, watching movies, spending time with family, and exploring new places and cultures.

Delia Ramirez

Plant Sanitation Associate

Delia Ramirez joined the team in January 2025. She enjoys the cleaning aspect of her job and takes pride in creating a tidy, welcoming environment. In her free time, Delia loves spending time with her daughters and caring for her plants, finding joy in both family and nature.

Sheila, from Cornersville, Tennessee, joined the team in January 2025. She loves Brick Church Meats & More and thinks it’s a great place to work because management is hands-on, supportive, and truly cares about the well-being of both employees and the community.
